How to submit a complaint or concern

Email contact@claridayclinic.co.uk with a detailed message outlining your concern, and we’ll review it as soon as possible.

Call 020 3912 9885 (Mon – Fri, 9am – 7pm) to speak directly with a member of our team.

What to expect

Acknowledgement — we aim to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24–48 hours.

Investigation — our team thoroughly reviews your concern, gathering all relevant information to understand the situation fully.

Resolution — we provide a clear response outlining our findings and any actions taken to resolve the matter.
